Brand Identity System
PetMerkezi started with no visual equity. We built a full identity system from scratch, logo, color palette, typography, and tone of voice, engineered to read as friendly, trustworthy, and unmistakably Turkish-pet-retail. This foundation turned every ad creative, product page, and packaging touchpoint into a coherent brand moment.
Shopify Storefront Build
The store had to go live fast without sacrificing conversion. We designed and shipped a custom Shopify storefront, mobile-first, optimized for category discovery, sharp product pages, and a frictionless checkout. Every layout decision was tested against one metric: session-to-order rate.
High-Performance Ad Creatives
Creative carries performance. We produced a production-line of static and motion ad creatives, each one engineered around a hook, a discount badge, and a single clear action. The result: scroll-stopping Instagram and Meta ads that drove CTR above category averages and fed a paid engine that scaled daily.
ROAS-Driven Campaign Engine
We ran the paid media operation end-to-end, audience structure, creative rotation, bid strategy, and daily optimization against ROAS. By tying creative production directly to campaign signals, we compressed what normally takes quarters into weeks and scaled to ₺10M in revenue within three months of launch.
