The Challenge
Pixel+ had strong product-market fit but was stuck in a plateau, losing ground to competitors with smarter distribution strategies and more efficient acquisition channels.

What We Did
We rebuilt the growth operation from the ground up — restructuring campaigns, launching ASO, producing a monthly creative pipeline, and redesigning the onboarding and paywall architecture.
Multi-Platform Ad Campaigns
The single most important driver of performance in a visual-first category is the creative. We built a production pipeline around the app's strongest proof points — before/after enhancement, cartoonize, and background removal — crafting UGC-style video ads and static banners that demonstrated impact in under 3 seconds. Running across Google UAC, Meta, and Apple Search Ads, these creatives became the engine that hit $0.74 CPI.
Onboarding & Paywall Redesign
Conversion leaks were costing Pixel+ subscribers before they ever saw the value. We redesigned the entire onboarding flow with gender-based personalization, feature-first paths, and a paywall architecture split between subscription and token-based models. The result: a measurable improvement in trial-to-paid conversion and the first consecutive months of net subscriber growth.
